This week in 2002, Philips Arena was lucky enough to host one of Tony Hawk’s Boom Boom HuckJam events. Being the first show of its kind, Boom Boom HuckJam was packed with skateboarding, BMX, motocross, and live music from Good Charlotte. The show originated in Vegas before Tony Hawk decided to take the show on tour complete with an over a million dollar ramp.
On Saturday, February 5, 2011, Nuclear Cowboyz will perform live at Philips Arena. Nuclear Cowboyz is a freestyle motocross show full of gravity defying and fearless aerial feats.
