On Wednesday, October 28, 2009, the Hawks hosted their regular season home opener against the Indiana Pacers. The Hawks defeated the Pacers 120-109 with the help of Al Horford with 16 rebounds and Josh Smith with 8 assists.
This year, the Hawks’ home opener is this Saturday, October 30th. They are taking on the Washington Wizards at Philips Arena at 7:00 PM. It’s a new start for the Hawks and their new head coach, Larry Drew. Get your tickets now-
